This one took a while to get happening. I’d been in contact with John Flanagan for a few weeks trying to arrange a time and a place when everyone was available to get a moment of the ground. So, of course, the decided morning ended up cold and rainy. The best spot was then inside, next to the heater. Conditions were perfect.
With the band by his side (Jane Patterson, Andy Zito and Mark Zito), they ended up as basically jamming from song to song with the camera left running. Playing a mix of originals and covers, the time let them prepare for some upcoming shows trying out songs old and new.
Before knowing it, a couple of hours had passed and they’d run through about 7 songs. The time had come to call it a day.
Thanks to John, Jane, Andy and Mark for some fine tunes on a wet wintery Sunday.
Also, apologies for the camera issues on The Lighthouse’s Tale. All for lo-fi and indie, but it’s a little too iffy on that one. Though Jane’s fantastic vocals made it worthy for a showing.
Till Next Time.
